White MF keep the ball and try to play into their strikers.
Black team hold their line and adjust with the movement of the ball.
If the MF line is broken, the White team try to play to a finish.

As shown (for 12 players) boxes should be approximately 5x5.
The idea is for the Black team to prevent the ball being played from 1 side to the other.
Start with the Blacks "locked in" to their boxes.
Technical
"Bend" runs to prevent straight, forward passes.
2nd defender deep enough to prevent diagonal pass into next box.
Next defenders deeper and closer to the line.
When ball is in a wide area, the furthest defender should be deepest.
Defenders should be able to "see the number on the back of the next man's shirt".
