Organization:
- 4 feeding areas
- 1 pugg net
- Ladder (cones can be used)
Instructions:
1) Ball is played in from behind the goal and player finishes in the pug net
2) Side shuffles before side footing the ball back to hands
3) Ball is passed out for a one time finish on the edge of the 18
4) Player runs to edge of the box to receive with their back to goal before finishing
- Points are awarded for every goal and pass that reaches the hand.
- Any shot that goes over results in a loss of a point.
Coaching Points:
- Side foot finsesse finish on the pugg net
- First touch when back to goal. Can it be done with 2 touches?
- Do players lean over the ball to keep the one touch finish low.
Progressions/Regressions:
- Shot number 3 turns into a 1vs1 with either the GK or a defender.
