Screen 1

With the same set up that we used for the first drill player in the middle is the tagger and doesn't have a ball. The other players will be in the squares with a ball. When coach gives the signal, game starts: players need to move from one square to another without getting tag. If the tagger touch the player, that player will also be a tagger in the middle. Players need to be constantly moving. They can only stay 5 seconds in the square (coach can call the name if the player is spending too much time in a single square).

Time: 10 min

Players will be in four different squares on the corners. Only two balls in the beginning, starting in opposite ways(like in the draw). Players need to drive the ball to the next square, leave the ball there with the next player and go in the end of the line. The first round they will drive the ball whatever way they want to (3 min).

Variation:

- now, if they are going to the right (not clock way) they will drive with the right foot; going to the left(clock way) they will drive with the left.

Now, you can also add one or even two more balls in the game, to make it more dynamic.

- Each two touches, they will use the opposite foot (right-right, left-left)

- Coach can put a cone in between the squares now. Player needs to drive it, make a move against the cone, and go to the next square.

Time: 15 min

1v1 situation: player with a ball needs to drive the ball between one of the two "gates" to get +1 point. After the play, player becomes the defender, the defender gets the ball and go in the end of the line.

- You can play first round with a "passive defender" only shadowing it, and then, for the next round, put an active defender.

Time:10-15 min

S.S.G: two teams playing against each other with two "end zones". To score a goal, player needs to dribble the ball through the cone line to score. After getting inside, player will have 3 seconds to score. After 3s, defender can go in to stop the play.

- Coach can put even less time to score: 1second, 2 seconds

- a defender can go in as soon as the player cross the line, but a team mate also can go to be a support player.

Time: 18-20 min
