Futsal Dualaties (10 mins)
Team A - Two players (Reds) have to keep the ball for 3-4 passes, once the pass target has been reached, they can play the ball forward to the player in the other zone, the player making the pass then follows their pass to join their team mate in that zone to try and help their team mate and retain possesions for x passes before transfering the ball back to their team mate in the other zone.
Team B - Blue have to try and win the ball, if they win the ball they play the ball to the player in the in the other zone and have to follow their pass. The person who loses the ball must then move to the zone with the ball to try and win it back.
