Set Up:
30 x 20 yards split into three equal zones
Objective:

How:
One Player to a ball. Players are split evenly between the shores. Their goal is to dribble back and forth as much as possible between shore to shore. Once they make it back to their starting shore they get a point. If they do an attacking move in the river they get 5 points. If they do a turning move to turn around in the shores they get 5 points. play for 1 min and see how many points they can get.

How:
One team is now in the middle and are "Pirates". On the coaches "go" players on the shore try to get to the other shore to score a point. If they do a move against a pirate they get 10 points. If they do a turning move in the shore they get 5 points. If a pirate wins the ball they get 5 points and give it back to who they won it from. If the pirates just kick the ball out, they get -10 points. They have to win the ball, not just kick it.
Switch teams after 2 mins.

How:
Players now start in the middle island. They score points in the same way as before, by dribbling to a shore. Except, now they have to return back to the island after they get to a shore.

How:
Players play the exact same game as Island and shore, except now if they dribble through the goal when starting in the island they get an extra 5 points.
