Crossbar challenge (10 mins)
20 balls required but can be less if you have a retriever behind the goal.
4 players start and each have 5 attempts at hitting the crossbar.
Each player recalls how many times he has hit the cross bar. Once he has completed they set the balls for the next 4 players.
Just fun but promotes good technigue due to skill required to constantly strike the crossbar.
