TECHNIQUE OF HEADING (25 mins)
SET UP:
- In the middle of a regular field, place a line of cones 4 yards apart and 3 yards apart from each other.
- Let each player locate his partner to work with, make sure they are of the same height.
- A line of players will have a soccer ball each.
- Every 3 Minutes the work rotation will be done.
ACTION:This exercise consists of 4 variations:- DRILL #1
Right and Left Parietal Work (No jump)- DRILL #2
Front Work (No Jump)- DRILL #3
Combined work of the Right, Left and Frontal Parietals, this time the coordinated jump and movement technique are included- DRILL #4
Ball Hitting Work with the head in movement and speed (Timing)Face to face, the player without the ball runs and touches the ball with his hand, then runs back and receives the ball with his head, hitting it in the direction of his partner.
