Organisation
Servers1 can only score in between the poles within the goals.
They can only score once they get inside the 6 yard box.
Coach calls number and the server advances towards go.
Duration
4-6 repetitions and rotate.
Progression
1. Servers can score outside of the 6 yard box if they wish.
2, Coach plays pass into either 1.2. or 3
Coaching Points:
Goalkeeper get into line.
Come down the line of the ball.
Decision when to set or advance forwards.
Weight forwards.
Make the attacker make a decision.
Choose which techniques to use. K Barrier, or smother.

Organisation:
Ball starts with the deepest server, play pass across to server on opposite side.
The passer then becomes the defender who puts pressure on the attacker.
The defender then becomes the attacker and the attacker joins the back of the serving cue.
The attacker can not score until they pass the penalty spot (red line)

Technical practice calling numbers. (Static Ball) (5 mins)
Organisation
2 Goalkeepers. 1 in each goal. Coach calls a number 1,2, or 3. Goalkeeper comes out to the ball and uses the technique of a block (long barrier, K Barrier).
Balls are positioned along six yard line.
Repetitions
4-6 Reps.
Then rotate. (Depending on number of goalkepers)
If only 3 goalkeepers, lower the reps, and have an extra rotation.
Progressions
1. Use a smothering technique
2. Competition. 1 point for first goalkeeper to get to the ball.
Coaching Points:
K Barrier:
Decide which knee to lower.
Hands: Little fingers close to each other, in a cup position.
Body weight forwards, making sure head is positioned in front of knees.
Smother:
Extend towards the ball.
Keep hands forward, not to trap elbow under body.
Hands: in a W position.
Body weight forwards, stepping toward ball.
Pushing off leg nearest ball.
Head forwards in front of all your body.
