Explanation
Ball starts with goalkeeper who throws/passes to wide player. Wide player must take a touch into another zone and looks to play a ball with pace between the goalkeeper and the mannequins. Attacking player is initially passive
If the gk wins the ball the gk throws to opposite wide player and the practice continues.

Attacking player can score (one goal only)
GK can throw to either wide attacking player
Opposite goalkeeper can step in as additional attacking playe
