6v6 set pieces
6v6 competition
Blue team deliver set piece from each player. Coach shouts a number, that player raises arm, defending team adjusts positioning based on set piece position.
White team defending in preferred system (man-to-man or zonal)
SCORING
Black team (attacking) gets 2 points per goal scored, 1 point if they make first contact on the delivery.
White team (defending) get -2 if they concede a goal, 1 point if they do not concede, and 1 additional point if they clear the danger into one of the safe zones.

11v11 (Usually occuring day before a match)
Two teams play 11v11 on 1/2 pitch.
The team attacking the goal with the 18yard box always attack the set pieces.
Coach lets the game flow for a few minutes and periodically calls free kicks/corners/long throw ins if they do not occur naturally.
Play for 10-12 minutes then switch direction of the teams.
