Between our and their 30:
LW is beat.
We still have 3 in the back. HM is ready to add pressure or tuck in the back line pending on the play made by BC. If BC switches POA, holding mid must tuck in and support our back 3. If they stay strong side. both Center Mid and HM are able to pressure cover the BC. While RW drop down to connect with RB.
If the ball travels away from our block (Red lines) we must adapt. Push up if it's a back play, Drop (diagonal runs) if it is SPOA.

High pressure:
When applying high pressure, it is crucial to limit the space between our lines. We will give up a mark, because we want to shut the connection down and will refuse to let the ball go any further.
If the BC plays anywhere inside our block, we must defend moving forward and challenge the Ball receiver, even better, win the ball. If the ball is played back to the GK (or back), our block keep applying the same pressure, travelling with the ball. If the ball is travelling to SPOA, we must intercept (green line)

Defending in our last 30
Defending in our last 30:
In our last 30, our holding mid tucks in between our back 3 to help marking 3 forwards. If there is less than 3 forwards, holding mid stays connected to our mids line.. When needed, adding a defender, we have now a line of 4.
3 forwards to mark, 3 defenders on it while our left back here is applying pressure.
Our left and right mids came together, connected to cover the pressure, along our back line. Remember, a good cover is able to act as soon and if our pressure is beat.
Center mid in between our mids, left wing applying pressure from behind the BC, S ready to transition and closing the back play option while our right wing is taking care of an eventual runner on the weak side.
