Organization:
- Two lines (Even numbers)
- 5 yards between cones.
Instructions:
- Everything is done twice.
- Jog, High Knees, Butt Kicks, Shuffle, Open the Gete, Close the Gate, Carioca, Skip, Run backwards, Sprint.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Encourage players to the exercise the right way.
- There is not talking during the warm up. Only the coaches speak.
- This is the time to make sure every player is doing the movements properly and getting mentally prepar about the game.

Organization:
- Divide the team in four even groups.
- 15 yards between cones
Instructions:
- First player on line start with the ball.
- Player with the ball passes to the player across and follows the pass.
- Once the player receives the ball passes to the next player across and follows the ball.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Let's get focus and ready for the game.
- There is not talking during the warm up. Only the coaches speak.
- Oberserve your target before passing the ball.
- Supporting foot is next to the ball pointed at your target.
- Communicate/Ask for the ball.
- Stay in your toes/be ready for the ball.

Organization: (First 10 mins)
- As the players arrive on or prepare own their on: cleats/shinguards/remove jewelry.
- We do this until all players arrive or get ready for team warm up.
Instructions:
- Play keep away 3v1, 4v1, 6v1, 8v2 (Depends on numbers)
Players from outside the circle work together, trying to keep the ball away from the player in the middle (defender).
- If a player from outside the circle losses the ball or makes a mistake goes into the middle to defend.

- Receiving with the right technique
Defending side:
- Pressure to win the ball
- Pressure to force players make a mistake
- If there two in the middle work together
