⚽Practice Organization

  •  A holistic team warm up exercise which triggers coordination, agility movement and passing technique 
  • Players pass to one-another and change positions as demonstrated in the above image
  • Players should synchronize and in order to maintain a reasonable execution speed hence, fast flow of player changes on each passing spot or exercise spot
  • You can understand the positionings and the flow of the exercise by following the line explanations on the left

  • Emphasis on the positioning sequence(players pass the ball and move in front for the second pass between them and the coaches, by then they get to the prospective line in order to execute the next pass)
  • After making the second parallel pass towards their teammates then they are moving diagonally(coordination or agility)
  • By the end on the ''middle'' execution part, the exercise continues as so' for 6 minutes
  • Guidance is a prerequisite in this specific exercise from coaches' part
  • During the last 2 minutes, try to augment the intensity and put the players into more ''speedy runs'', we can take out the stations in the middle and ask from the players to sprint diagonally to each start respectively
