- Two poles acting as defenders, with attackers in-front as a starting position.
- Two goalkeepers if possible, rotating every one, two, or three shots.
- Two sets of players in the starting position of the centre circle.
- The ball is played to the player diagonally from the feeder.
- The player chooses either to go inside or outside of the player.
- Once around the defender, the focus is moved to the shot.

- Swap the pole for a player in the role of a defender to force the attacker to react.

- The player to shoot becomes the feeder on the same side, who then joins the other station to where they started.
- Two sets of players, two scenarios; playing inside & outside.
- Scenario 1; The ball is played wide of the defender to receive, played back into the player's path behind the defender, the feeder then meets the ball & shoots.
- Scenario 2; The ball is played inside of the defender to receive, played back into the player's path wide of the defender, the feeder then meets the ball & shoots.

- Mirrored practice, giving players plenty of opportunities, one team with a GK & 3 defenders & one team with4 attacking players.
- Swapping team roles after using all five footballs at the halfway area, including playing against the mirrored teams.
- Each time players have to find variations of attacking the goal
- Not all players have to touch the ball, but the movement has to be made by all players.
- If the defenders win the ball, they can work it up into the halfway area to win a point.

- Forwards & backwards movement around the poles in an 8 shape.
- Receive the ball on the move from the coach, dribble through the poles.
- Pass to the players who take a directional touch and lay off to the attacking player to play the ball into the mini goal.
