Passing pattern 1.
Players pass in a sequence to a 4141 system.
Players follow their own pass.
Practice is continous.

#4 passes to #8, #8 passes to #10, #10 passes to the dropping #9 pivot, then plays out to #7. Meanwhile when this movements happen the #9 spins away to get to front post, the #10 advances to middle of goal and #11 secures back post.
Players pass and move and can swap positions.
Practice is repetitive and continuous.

Blues are representing a 4141 formation.Reds are representing either a 352 or 442 formation.
Whatever side the ball is on defenders and midfielders slide across to effect the player on ball/spaces/gaps.Blues try and break out to score into the 2 smaller goals.
Reds try to score into the big goal.
Both red and blue team re-start the play 5 times, red players start first.

Players try to play into #4 and #9 then play out to out side players.
If any out of the 2 defenders regain the ball they can keep possession for 6 passes or dribble out any side.
