Jog 5m to cone A, then sprint to B, shuffle across to C, backwards to D and shen shuffle across facing forward to A. Then move to the back of the queue. The 2nd Player starts when the 1st reaches cone A. Trucht do A, sprint do B, b okiem do C, tyłem do D i b okiem twarzą do kwadratu do A i na koniec kolejki. Two Teams play in two 20m squares, which are joined together. On the coaches signal they change square, but before they pass a ball they have to run round the end cones. All previous variations can be used. Dwa Zespoły grają w dwóch przyległych kwadratach o bokach 20m. Na sygnał Trenera zmieniają kwadrat, ale zanim mogą podać piłkę muszą obiec końcowe pachołki.
