Organization:
Make a diamant with four cones, and put in the center four cones as well.
Instructions:
The player have to dribble to center, when he is there he has to cut the ball to the right side and dribble further to the cone at the end. Every player can go at the same time. Make one player 'the leader' of the group who can say GO or START, so the players go at the same time. Let the players also go the other way around, so to the left side.
Practice also the V-move (left foot to the right foot) and the L-Turn.
Let the players first point where they have to go, so they know which way they have.
As coach stand in the middle so you can help every kid.
Coaching Points:
- Small touches on the ball
- Let the players stretch there leg with the V-move
- Drag the ball behind your standing leg and then touch the ball
- Use your hips to make sharp turns

Organization:
Set up a box with for cones. On the left and right side of the box put two different colour of cones.
Instructions:
The people with ball are saying a colour, after they call a colour they start dribbling in to the box at the same time as the player on the other side with ball. In the box the make a side move and go to the colour that the player called before. The player who is first at the cone, get's a point.
Moves in the box:
- V-move
- L-turn
- Inside/outside cut
- Outside/outside cut
Coaching Points:
- Accelerate after your move
- Different coaching points for each move
- Keep your toes downwards by dribbling
- Every every step one touch on the ball
- Keep your head up

Organization:
Play 1 vs 1 in the field on two small goals. Players are standing on the side.
Instructions:
The defender passes the ball to the attacker who is controlling the ball. After they controll the bal they have to do a sidemove (v-move, l-move) and can score in both goals. If the defender steals the ball the can score as well. After the game switch sides.
Coaching Points:
- Specific coaching points on the moves they do.
- Keep the ball close
- After your move accelerate
- Don't wait for the defender
- Don't use only your strong foot to do the moves
- At the moment you get a opportunity to score after your move do it right away,

Organization:
Set up two fields (32ft x 20ft) with two small goals on each side. Play 2 vs 2 or 3 vs 3 scrimmages.
Instructions:
The kids will play scrimmage. When some of the kids don't know the rules go with the whole group over it. When one team scores let the team go back to there own half so attacking have space to build up.
Coaching Points:
- Get all the players involved in the game
- There are no goalies
- Stimulate the kids to make one of the moves of the day

Moves in squares (10 mins)
Organization:
Make for each player a equal square (6,5 feet x 6,5 feet). Each player needs a ball.
Instructions:
Alle the players are facing the coach who is doing the example. Each player have to do the different skills in there square.After every move they have to touch the ball three times again.
The different moves they can do in the square are:
- Boxes
- Toe taps
- Scissors
- Step overs
- Inside/Outside Left/Right
- V-Move
- L-Turn
- Throw the ball up and control the ball.
Coaching Points:
- Controll the ball
- Keep the ball in the square
- Keep your head up
- Small touches on the ball
- Touch the ball after a move
