Balls
Instructions:
- Ball starts in one grid
- One player from each of the other 3 grids moves into where the ball is to play 5v3
- If team in possession (5 players) connect "x" passes, they get a point
- If any of the three players can get the ball and play it into their grid, their team becomes the one in possession, and one player from each of the other 3 grids moves into the new grid to play 5v3
Coaching Points:
- Speed of play (1-touch vs multiple touches)
- Movement off the ball into support
- Penetrating pass vs Possession pass

Organization:
25x35 yard area
3 equal teams (adjust for numbers as needed)
Instructions:
- Possession inside the area for both teams - limited to 2-touch.
- Score by completing 12 passes in a rown.
- Can use the bumpers around the field to keep possession.
- Bumpers only have 1-touch to play the ball back to team who passed it to them.
- Game is for "X" minutes then switch the teams in the middle. Winner stays on.
- 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw.
Coaching Points:
- Body shape of two players to receive the ball and possibly switch the point of attack
- Spacing
- Movement of target players (vertically and laterally to follow play)
- Angles of support
- Playing passes to the proper foot (back foot)
- Speed of play
- Playing backwards to keep possession if penetrating pass is not available
Progressions:
- Make space smaller
- Everyone is 1-touch
Regression:
- Remove or increase touch restriction
