Blue must run through cones before Red gets to them

Add goal for counter when adding ball

Blue can counter after a tag before red gets to goal ?

1) Red tag Blue - no ball

2) Red Tag Blue - Both have ball

3) Red tag Blue - Red only ball

4) Red steal Blue ball

Continuous 1v1

Red starts with free run to goal 1v0 - 5 seconds to score

After shooting, Blue will attack Red goal.

Red must turn and defend against Blue

(Consider the distance of shot)

(Points for shot distance to encourage early shots, or later shots)

Emergency Defending Rule

- If losing the running race, Team can call “Recover”

- Recovering player cannot score a goal but can run straight to the field to defend (skip cone)
