Organization:
- Coach starts as freeze monster, with out ball, and chases players trying to tag and freeze them while player is dribbling.

- Can be unfrozen by having teammate pass ball between their legs.
- Rotate freeze monsters.
Key Coaching Points:
- Dribble with head up looking for frozen teammates.
- Keep ball close.
- Ball should be struck with inside of foot, push pass, to put ball between frozen players legs.

Equipment:
- Half field (or 20x15 yard) with end zones 2 to 3 yards deep
- Every player with a ball
- End zones 3 or 4 yards deep. (usually one stride is a yard)
Organization:
- Split players in half. One group starts in each end zone (use cones or even parents to make end zones.
- On coaches command players must race to opposite end zone and stop (trap) ball in end zone to receive a point.
- Players should yell out their name when they have full control.
Key Coaching Points:
- Speed dribbling should be done with laces - NOT instep
- Control ball (most likely with bottom of foot) when entering end zone to control stop and not run out of the back of end zone
- Head up to avoid oncoming player

GAME TIME!! (20 mins)
Use this time to scrimmage either another team or play a small sided game sideways on your field if there are odd numbers
Equipment:
- 5 vs 5 on Micro fields with goalies OR 3 vs 3 small sided with no goalies.
Key Coaching Points:
- Remind them to dribble and work on moves
- Coaches remember that young players don't normally mentally comprehend the aspect of a team. Work to their strengths.
- Do you BEST to let them keep playing. If the ball goes out of bounds kick it back in or yell "keep playing". 99% of the kids don't even realize it is out of bounds. They are there to play - LET THEM!!
