1v1 Exercise: player 2 receive pass from player 1, who apply pressure quickly to defend. Player 2 must escape pressure to dribble through either of the red goals. Should player 1 win possession player 1 dribbles through either of the blue goals.
Players rotate positions each turn. A point is scored if players is successful dribbling through his goal. First player to score 5pts wins the game. best of 3 games, then change partners.

Developing the 1v1 to a 1v1 with back support.
Player 1 passes to Player 2 and then defends.
Player 2 must find a forward pass to Player 3 to score a point. Player 2 can use Player 4 as back support or choose to escape pressure and play forward.
If player 2 is succesful in making a forward pass to player 3, transition then occurs, player 1 receives pass from player 3 with the objective to make a forward pass to player 4.
If player 1 wins the ball back from player 2 then player 1 quickly looks to play a forward pass to player 4.
1 & 2 compete until someone scores 3-points.
3 & 4 then compete. change partners and play again.

creating space to receive and receiving under pressure.

The final exercise asks the players can they succeed in keeping possession in a tight area with the goal to find the nuetral (yellow) and then a red make a longer forward pass to the blue box.
Coach starts the exercise by passing into the red zone.
yellow player joins the red zone and must get on the ball before the forwsd pass can be made into the blue zone.
2 blue defenders pressure quickly to go and win possession or disrupt the play in the red zone.
If the red team is succesful in retaining posession, linking the yellow and then making the longer pass out of pressure, they gain 1 point.
Quick Transition then occurs.
Two red players quickly press the blue zone, the two blue defenders along with the yellow neutral must support back in the blue zone quickly also.

Developing on from the 1v1 situations. emphsaizing the importance of movement to create space and pasing lanes, creativity and speed of play.
