Set up three cones on the edge of the penalty area as shown. They do not need to be colour coordinated, they are in diagram for clarity.
Red dribbles up and shoots on goal unopposed, after they shoot they have to play a wall pass (one two) with player from yellow cone.
The Player at the yellow cone has to shoot with their first touch after the pass. After the yellow has shot they must defend against the blue player. The Blue player has to try and score with the yellow defending them, the blue can not start until the yellow has shot.
After their turns everyone moves to the right and joins the back of a different line.
