o Why will this help? Repetition of a variety of scoringopportunities will assistplayers in the limitedopportunities the players will get in games.
o How can you be successful? Quick search to locatewhere the goal and goalkeeper are, keepeyes on ball when making contact and explore a variety of surfaces to strikethe ball.
o Consider: Make it fun and do not get concerned on stoppages and coaching.Let them explore the environment.

Amount of Area: 1/3 of field

Recommendation: 20 x 15m
Procedure: This game starts with a 1 v 1 blue plays into the striker, as the ball is moving the defender comes on to the pitch and looks to close down the attacker and win the ball.
The attacker looks to create space between the defender and themselves. The attacker looks to score either with their laces (distance ) or if in close they may use the inside of the foot for accuracy. If the attacker score between the cones that is worth 3 points. down the middle 1. If the defender wins the ball they look to score through either gate for a goal.
Everyone gets the opportunity to be the striker.

Progression: 2 v1 As the player plays into the attacker they can now join the attack and create a 2 v 1. Progress to a 3 v 1

OBJECTIVE: Score Goals
o RECOMMENDATION: 30m x 20m 12 players in two teams plus 4 neutrals.
o 6v6+2 directional game with each team scoring on their opponents' goal.
o Four players are located on the outside of the playing area and can be utilized for the team in possession.
o Set a target number of goals to win before rotating with the Four Yellow players.
o COACHCONSIDER: Set a target number of Goals to Win
Make it Harder: Reward players with different types of finishes
First time, laces, half volley, Inside of the foot , etc..
Tactical: Penetration
In Simplistic Terms Penetration is the act of breaking through the defense by dribbling, shooting, running or passing.
