Defending Crosses
During this part of the drill, there will be no players attacking the crosses in the middle area.
The two attacking players in the outside areas will take turns to beat the defender in their area and cross the ball into the box for the defence to try to deal with and keep it under control. The attacker on the other outside area will stay in that area and get the ball if the defenders don't deal with it and try to get a shot off.
Like when the players were attacking crosses after one side has put a cross into the box the player on the other then does the next cross and they keep rotating.

Crossing Opposed
Now it's attack vs defence but crossing the ball into the box. Like before the two outside players will put crosses into the box one at a time and the other one will be there to get the ball and get a shot off if no one wins it in the box.
If the attacking team score from a cross they get 2 points but if the defenders work the ball to halfway without losing it they get a point. If the defenders lose it working the ball to halfway the attackers are allowed to score without it going to the outside area. This will only give the attackers 1 point if it doesn't go to one of the outside areas. If it goes to an outside area before scoring they'll get 2 points for the goal.

Attacking Crosses (15 mins)
Attacking Crosses
One at a time a player on one side of the outside areas will run up the pitch and put crosses into the box. The players in the middle area will then attack the ball and try to score from the cross. Once it has come from one side the player on the other side will then go. That player will do the same thing but from their area. The players crossing the ball will take turns to dribble up the pitch with the ball then cross it into the box.
