Set-Up: 40x30yd szie pitch with goals at each end. Pitch clearly divided into thirds with central channel slightly larger.

Organisation: 2 equal teams playing a 1-3-1 formation. Balls are located on side of pitch with coach.

Rules: Teams play a normal game and look to attack towards 1 goal at opposite end, the ball must be passed into the end zone (dribbles not allowed to start)

Can you dominate your 1v1?

Can you create a 2v1 or even a 3v1?

If a team scores they maintain possession and look to start from their own goal with the ball.
