Across the pond emphasis on playig through gaps and seams...defensive players are locked into thier grid. no set number of passes to play across. finding any of the 3 illustrated entry passes will enable a succesful transfer...Black team is neutrals. Playes cannot play to nearest wide neutral player, all passes must be angled to find wide players
1. Red team must succesfully transfer the ball on the ground into the green teams zone by playing through the 2 lines created by the blues.
2. Blue team can send 2 defenders into the zone where possession is being held, the remaining 3 must each pick a channel to defend in, they may not exit the channel and must be higher than the pk spot while defending.
3. once the team has won the ball, the team that lost possesiion then transitions into the defending roles.
Coaching details.

Simple Basico, can be made functional with target players being the 9 or the 10
Player 1 finds an entry pass to player 2 (#9) who then lays off to supporting player number 3 who then plays across to player number 4...repeat sequence going the other direction. The target players remain target players for the duration off the exercise or until the coach switches them out. the players on the outside simply roate clockwise from cone to cone, sometimes being the support player sometimes playing the entry pass... 3 minute blocks then switch direction and players. go as many blocks as required until all the details are hit and covered.
Coaching details.
1. Can you disguise the entry pass
2. Dont play the exercise play the game all movements need to be relevant to the game.
3. Can your body shape be appropriate to play a first time entry pass.
4. Can the timing and rythm be quick enough to destabalize a opposing team and defenders.
5. ( Intuition of the coach, add coaching point based on perceived understanding.)

Final game... can go to big goals as well dependig on numbers (
Players in the central channels are locked into their zones, the blue team must break the red midfield line and fin their mids in behind their line of 3, once this happens the blue player can find one of his 2 attacking players or break lines again and find their point player who can help facilitate the play.
Once the midfield line is broken one player can chase into the blue zone to ensure they are taking their first touch forward and into the attacking zone. Working on body shape is critical so having the defender chase from behind will help bring that out.Defender cannot chase into final scoring zone.
