• White team to build up in a 2 or a 3 depending on signal from coach 

• Play 2 means build up in a 2 
• Play 3 means build up in a 3 

• Ball gets played from coach to centre half. 
• Command is shouted 
• Either, 'play 2', or 'play 3'
• Coach shouts out first few reps, then gives the responsibility to the players 

If a 'play 2', 5 and 6 narrow off, 4 plays centre circle 8's wide half space, 2 and 3 high and wide, 7,9 or 11 drop into pocket to receive 

If a 'play 3', 5 and 6 split, 4 comes in to build as a 3, one 8 wide half space one 8 provides stability in the middle of the pitch, 7,9 or 11 comes into pocket to receive
