- Taker, 1 hand up.

- Cross, between 1st post and penalty spot.

- Forward strong side takes it

- Center Forward starts first post.

- CM, Weak side Forward, Center Back, and weak side Midfielder between pk spot and corner of weak side D.

- LB, RB covers, CM close the middle. Eventually taking a shot if the ball comes back to her.


4 Runners:

- First Post (Between first post and 6 to goal line.

- Center Goal
