Numbers Game:
4 players per group. Same from last exercise if possible.
Number players 1-4
# 1 goes into another teams square and tries to touch the ball. Once the ball is touched or ball goes out of bounds the player returns to help team keep possession while calling out the next number ( #2 )
first team to have everyone touch a ball on another team wins.
Objective is to keep possession not letting the player touch the ball while you wait for your defender to return.
Variations to make it fun. Add a summer salt before defending. All players foot or any body part coach chooses on the ball to signal they are finished.

Offense defense
Focus on the build out wide, have gates on the side #7 and #11 need to find a pass into the gate ( space )
#9 has to run onto the ball to get a point touch the ball before the defender.
Add players on either side if its too easy

Square passing and competition:
In a square of 6x6 4 players per square with one ball.
Players set up away from the defender ( cone )
They pass the ball around.
Focus on locked ankle - receive with downhill foot - opening up away from defender ( cone ) While receiving opening up to be on both passing lanes.
Competition between all groups.
First team to go twice around wins!
Variations:
go the opposite side. Check out check in, follow your pass half way to add movement.
