Objective: Work on various techniques of ball striking.
Set up: Set up 1 or 2 stations, as shown. Progress from exercise 1 to exercise 2. Work on the same exercise on both ends of the field.
Instructions: Exercise 1... one touch shot, with the inside of the foot, towards the back-post. Exercise 2... Dribble around wall and towards the center cone. Once there, take a shot using the laces, to the near post. Work on both right and left feet.
Key words: Back-post, front-post, keep it low.
Guided Questions: 1.When you're ready to shoot what should you do? 2.What part of your foot do you use to shoot when you are close to the goal, farther away?
Answers: 1.Put your non-shooting foot beside ball pointing to the target, knees bent, head down, lean a little over the ball, lock ankle of kicking foot, toe down, strike center of the ball. Use the inside of your foot to shoot, toe up, when you are close to the goal. When you are farther away use the laces, toe down.

Give and go pass, then run towards the center cone. Once there, receive the ball again, turn and take a shot using the laces. Work on both right and left feet.

Set up: Set up as shown, play 3v2 in 3/4 of the court. Keep score and make it competitive. Rotate players/ positions.

Instructions: Using FUTSAL rules, play a game with minimal coaching.
