Instructions: Players will work in Groups of 4 ( The Objective of the activity is Dribbling)
In this Activity: Player 1/2 will approach the orange cone and approach a skill move ( Once completed Player will dribble thru the gates and pass the ball to Player 3/4)
Coaching Points:
-Get in Line of Defender (cone)
- Small Touches (close Control)
- Proper timing/Technique of performing the move (Yard Distance away from the defender)
-Change Direction and Speed after the skill move is performed
-Head up (Low-Gravity center as Dribbling)
- Body Language- Make diffucult for the defender to Scan you- ( Exaggerate the upper body to make the play unpredicateable)
