Warm up:
1. Players move randomly within a marked area [ dependant on age and number of players ]
-Forwards
-Backwards
-Side step
-Double movements
2. On coaches command players perform different dynamic stretches.
3. The tempo of movements must increase gradually before the ball is used.

Warm up 2:
1. One group now has a ball each and dribbles the ball into spaces using various parts of both feet.
2. The players who have a ball must find a spare player and pass. The receiving player must use the sole of the foot to control.
3. The player who receives the pass can control and then look to play a scoop pass to a goalkeeper [Green]
4. The goalkeeper can distribute the ball with their hands to an available player.

Passing:
1. One player starts with the ball. The ball is passed around the outside of the cones.
-Go the opposite direction so that players adapt to using both feet.
2. The ball must be controlled before playing the next pass.
3. Players will need to be directed on using the sole of their foot to control and how they can use various parts of the foot to pass.[Inside/outside/toe poke]
4. Encourage double movements before receiving the ball.

Passing:
1. The set-up is similar but using a diamond shape to change the angle of pass and how the player receives the ball. [Change direction]
2. Add two defenders, who will pressure the ball.
-1 point if the ball is played around the whole of the diamond
-3 points for a split pass
-rotate defenders after a minute

Passing:
1. If numbers don't allow then have two servers either end who play into the red player.
2. The red player controls and changes direction so they can play to the opposite side.
3. The blue player will change sides so that the angles change.
4. When the red player plays into blue, he/she can apply pressure to force the opposite player into making a decision. Blue then transfers the ball across to the opposite side
-Rotate players.

Shooting:
1.Three groups and one GK
2. Yellow passes into Red who controls and sets Blue, who moves towards the ball and controls before shooting.

Starting Activities:
1. A player has a ball to himself and dribbles the ball in various ways using the different parts of both feet.
2. Two players control the ball with the sole of the foot and pass back using the inside/outside of the foot.
3. A group of three players who control and pass the ball using Futsal techniques and moving into new spaces.
4. A group of four players who play a 3v1. If the defender wins/blocks the ball then he/she swaps with the player who lost possession.
