1 V 1 Beat the man and score
Description
Def vs Att, Players are 3 yards apart, If defender decides to go left or right to tackle,they must stay that side (Goes round the cone at the end and chases / recovery run). Attacker drives towards the goal to score. If defender wins the ball back then they turn and score in opposite goal. each play is 15 seconds max. whilst one side is waiting they pass the ball to each other. 1 point for a goal, 1 point for a foul (To opposition) and 2 points for a defender to recover the ball and score,
Coaching Points
Attacker to shift the ball to the space quickly and drive nice and low
encourage to use the foot in which direction they wish to travel (Left foot to go left and right foot to go right)
Attackers to protect the ball/space when traveling passed i.e use arms to get in front if defender catches them etc
Encourage the attacker to run directly in front of the defender (When running away) to make it hard for the defender to win the ball cleanly.

2 v 1+1
Description
Designed so the Red loses the ball in first instance, Red needs to try and get passed the yellows and score. The aim is for the yellows to win possession and for the red to get back and delay the attack so their team mate can get back in to position and help protect the goal. Second red can't enter the pitch until yellows get passed the marker.(Orange cones)
Yellow can only score in the red area (Red Cones)
Off sides active
Aim is to get the red beyond the markers before possesion is lost so they can only score by walking the ball into the net (Unless they win it back after second player arrives then it is after the markers they can shoot)
Coaching Points
Get yellows to "Double up" on the Red to win the ball back.
Once Red loses possession they "MUST" get back goal side and delay the attack (Cutting the passing lines, bodyshape to be side on, keep checking where the second player is etc)
Second Red to get back as quck as possible once the yellows reach the marker.

3v3 Match
Normal rules apply, keep feeding the balls in to keep the game going as fast as possible.

Coach then gives players (all) a rest zone, they have to sprint until they get to the zone and then slow down (Slow Jog)
