Game related practice Control: 10min total ( just remove the 4 inside markers)
1) Each team has two target players on the outside of the park at opposite sides of the pitch who they must get the ball too for a goal. make sure the outside players are swaped (5min)
2) part 2 of the game related the outside players must now control the ball and take it into the park sawping places with the passer (5min)
coaching points; step in if its been a bad control leading to the team loosing the ball, the ball has been controled well but taken straight into an opposite teams player, mention when their has been a great pass to somone who has controled it well and taken it into space leading to a goal scoring oppotuinty

Conditioned Game Control; 7min total ( nothing needs to be moved)
1) both teams set up in a 2 - 3 - 2 formation
2) every player only allowed 3 touches on the ball
coaching points; stop it if a player takes more that 3 touchs on the ball, take a posotive first touch into space/ away from closest defender, use the widths, support the player on the ball, be confident with that touch that you can play into tight spaces.

contol drill (5 mins)
Control Drill: 8 min total 20 x 30 box with 5 x 5 box's in each corner
1) The ball is played across the pitch into the box for the player to control it within the area taking a posotive first touch setting himself up for a diagnol pass across the park.
2) The player in the next box must contol it with their chest/foot keeping the ball within the area to then play a short along ground pass to the next box
3) Another diagnol pass across the pitch is played to the starting box who must again control within the area before starting again.
( after every pass players follow the ball at a sprint to increase pressure)
Coaching points; movment in the box, juge the flight of the ball, foot under the ball get it in the air across the park, posotive 1st touch out the body look at the next pass then play it, call for the ball point where you want it.
