Sequence 3 :
Middle player now swop position, the pass will now be a diagonal pass. Instruction will the same as in TS 2 Exercise.

1. As in Exercise GS 1, but now there no zone for the defender. Its will be a 2 versus 1 in the end zone
2. Middle player will control & pass to the end player as a possession game.
3. All player stay in their own zones.
All rules apply as in exercise GS 1.

Half the group is in there with balls and the other half are without. ( Diagrams is Red players with balls)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Green players dribble around and then will make a pass to a yellow player. The passer follows the pass and runs at the receiving player to pressure.
The receiving player must take the ball away from the runner with the first touch (away doesn’t necessarily mean in the opposite direction but rather in a direction avoiding the runner) The player with the ball then does the same thing with another player. It’s important to train the players to keep the ball moving with the first touch and with awareness.
