10 vs. 9 Build the Attack (4-4-2, vs 1-3-2-3) 3x8 minute games
Half field split into two equal zones. Red team of 10 field players and blue team of 8 field players and a GK. Ball starts at the halfway with the red team playing 8v5 against the blue team in the first zone. Red team is looking to progress the ball into the second zone (final third). Once the ball crosses the red line, the entire game is live. Red team must break the pressure of the blue team in the first zone to look to play forward. If the blue team wins the ball in the first zone, they can score on the small counter goals. If blue wins the ball in the second zone, the game is also live. After a goal is scored for either team or the ball goes out on the endline, the restart begins in the first zone with the red team.
Progression:
-Red team must connect 3 passes in the first zone before progressing over the red line.
-Remove a red team player and add them to the blue team for a greater challenge.

Multidirectional 3v3+4 (15 mins)
Multi-directional Possession 3v3+4
3 minute rounds, teams of 3 with four players on the outside touchlines as neutrals. Team in possession can play any of the four neutral players on the outside. Team in possession scores a point if they connect a pass to a neutral, then that neutral connects a pass back to that same team to keep possession. If the defending team intercepts the pass back from the neutral, no point is awarded. Neutral cannot play to other neutrals, they must play back inside the grid. Neutrals also can move up and down their touchline to receive the ball. After a 3 minute round, rotate the neutrals.
Progressions:
-Neutrals are only allowed one touch
-2/3 touch limit for players in the middle
-Neutrals must play back to a different player of the same team that passed to them originally.
