ATTACKING 1V1, 2V1, 2V2
1. First two players sprint to the cone. The player that arrives first receives a pass form their goalkeeper and go 1v1 to the opponents small goal
2. The team of the winner of the 1v1 duel (or ball goes over their opponents goal line) brings a ball in and adds a player making it 2v1.
3. When the 2v1 is completed, the team with the 1v1 adds a player making it 2v2. Once 2v2 is complete, play is restarted with a 1v1 duel.
First team to 10 goals wins

Attacking: 6 v 7 Build up Centrally from midfield into opponents half
Organization:
Shape: 2-3-1 vs 1-2-3-1
Start:
Red CB passes to other CB or MF. Red look to keep good possession, build up and look to score.
If White's win the ball, they score by passing through any of the 2 ‘Goals’. The Red Center Backs start a new attack
Focus points:
Angles in passing, moving and receiving
Create width & depth to allow space for build up
Good quality/selection of passes to create overloads through the thirds
Create space and options in front of the ball through good supporting angles and passes
Look for penetrating runs with or without ball
Provide quick support – no gaps between units
Maintain players at the back to provide cover and balance in case possession is lost

ATTACKING 6V8 (+ TARGET) CREATING GOOD WIDTH AND DEPTH
Organization:
Shape: 1*-3-3 v 1-4-3-1*
Start: ‘Target’ plays to any Red midfielder, Red's look to keep good possession, build up using the full width of the pitch. Yellow try attack and score.
If White win the ball, they try score by passing the ball to the ‘Target’ player or through either of the 2 ‘goals’. Red's’s must transition to defend quickly.

Create width & depth to allow space for build up
Good quality/selection of passes to create overloads through the thirds
Create space and options in front of the ball through good supporting angles and passes
Look for penetrating runs with or without ball
Provide quick support – no gaps between units

ATTACKING: 7V6 BUILDING UP FROM THE BACK
Organization
Shape: 1-4-1-1 vs 2-1-3
Start Yellow GK passes to either CB, Red's look to keep possession and look to pass/run the ball through any of the three goals
If White wins the ball they attack to try to score, Red transitions to defend quickly
Focus Points

Create width and depth to allow space for build up
Good quality/selection of passes to create overloads through the thirds
Create space and option in front of the ball through good supporting angles and passes
Look for penetrating runs with or without the ball

ATTACKING: 7V6 + TARGET PLAYER, BUILDING UP FROM THE BACK CENTRALLY
Organization:
Shape: 1-2-3-1 v 2-3-1 plus target player
Start:
GK passes to either CB, Red's look to keep good possession and build up. Red's score by passing to Target player or through either of the 2 ‘goals’. Target player passes to White CB tor restart. White attacks, build up to try score. Red team Transition to defend
