Small sided Acitivity (15min)

36x18yds grid

Big goal to 3 small goals

Working with GKs and Defensive players

#1, 4, 5, 2/3/7/11 and 6 + a Neutral

1 group is finishing with Keely and Kavy (Auggie will set it up)

Cp's-Focus on functionality not speed, Scope area to be attacked, make space for yourself, trap with the leading foot, proper weight and direction on passes, pass and accelerate, connect your passes, make good decisions, communicate, think on what area of the field we're working on, speed of play

Expanded Small sided Transition w/ 2 groups (20 mins)

Expanded Small Sided Activity (20min)

Same grids as before. Balls in midfield. Two players go in every 5 passes the team on possession connects. Players must win the ball then restart the play by playing it back to their own grid

Progression- After connecting 10 passes the team can shoot from half line.

Cp's-communicate, sharp passing, receiving and moving, move on and off the ball, play with intensity to win the ball back, understand why the reason of the re-start, shoot from different angles (when opposition is a good defending team that sits back, shoot from the outside)
