4 games of 3 mins. players keep tack of the score(losing team, does 20 pushups and burpees.
2vs 2 transition
start 2 vs 0 once you scored or passed the goal line. the opp team counter right away.
coaching point:
attacking; put the opp on the side decide when to dribble, when to attract and when to pass. movement with the ball.
defending- keep the opp in front of you pressure and cover
