attack - switch backs and GK every 4 possessions

When the ball starts by the GK, forwards have to press to recover and finish.

Outcomes Forwards: 

  • force loss

  • Press and loses the ball
  • attempt
  • attempt on target
  • goal

Backs have to build-up to progress and finish in one of the 3 goals or keep the possession for more than 8s. GK has only 2 touches and can be pressed.

The opponent (black) have to press high to stop progression and recover the ball. GK can play with feet only.

Outcomes:

  • 2 points when recover the ball in zone 2 (yellow)
  • 1 point when recover the ball in zone 3 (blue)
