Objective of session to allow for players to comforable trying an array of fents/moves working on their 1v1 skills in various scenarios by incorporating the technical and physical attributes. The drills are designed to be fun, competitive and demanding from a speed of play perspective.

Organization:
- 15 x 15 or larger depending on size of kids
- Red plays ball into Blue and quickly defends by applying immediate pressure
- Blue player looks to lose his man and score on either net by using different feints, to escape the pressure.
Progression:
- Must score with non-dominant foot
- Must score in 10 seconds or less
- Add a second game during play
Coaching Points:
- Change of direction & Pace
- Different cuts to beat defender / opponent
- Face defender / opponent to take him on
- Creativity / Attacking Mentality

Organization:
- Set up in 2 areas 15x10 add goals as shown - no keepers
- Divide players into sets of groups- the attacker dribbles in allowing for defender to be enganged.
- Once attacker either scores or loses the ball then be becomes the defender and new attacker enters and flow is continous.
Variation: Player has 10 seconds to score.
Coaching Points:
- Creativity, Creativity and more Creativity!
- No such thing as a mistake
- Dribble with the ball at the defender and change direction and speed as the defender approches.

Organization:
- 15 x 25 yard grid, larger if space permits.
- divide the group into 2 equal teams of 4 players each - NO GK
- unlimited touches to all players to start.
- players look to score on small pug net.
- each game is 4mins - each team plays each other once. Winner with most games won
Progressions:
- must score via one-touch or strike with non-dominant foot
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast
- shape = TRIANGLES at all times
- decision making - keep head up
- creativity / attacking mentality

Organization:
- Make a 30 x 25 yard grid, smaller if less players
- divide the group into 2 equal teams of 5 + GK required
- make the teams rotate GKs every 4 mins.
Progressions:
- One touch finish are worth 2 goals
- finishing with non-dominant foot worth 2 goals
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast (where possible)
- decision making
- attacking mentality
- team defending (everyone is behind the ball when it's lost)
- game management when in possession (don't simply kick it away)
- urgency to score when behind

Procedure:
- The coach passes a ball between the 2 players. The players run and fight for the possession. The player who wins the ball becomes the attacker and tires to turn and dribble into the one of the 2 gates.
