Ball starts in small box with 4 blues.
They have to keep possession of the ball. If greens win ball they have to connect with one of their players on the outside in the big box. It then becomes an overload to the other team 6v4. The blues then have to try and win the ball back and get the ball back into the little box to then make it a 4v2 again. any off the green players can then act as the 2.
