Perform exercise during forward run to second cone, turn and recovery jog around 3rd cone back to 1st cone.

4v2 Rondos (10 mins)
Passing Rondos - 4v2
Players hug touchlines, look to string 10 passes together.
Players earn a point by completing 10 passes, or by splitting the 2 defenders.
Defenders can kick the ball out to stop pass string, and can earn a point by gaining full possession.

Transition x Posession - 3 Teams of 4
Players move inside end rectangles, look to string 7 passes together.
Players earn a point by completing 7 passes, or by switching the play to opposite side.
Defenders can kick the ball out to stop pass string, and can earn a point by gaining full possession.

4v4+4 with Wide Targets to goal (15 mins)
The attacking team starts with the ball going toward the goal and has two wide target players and two central "neutral" players.
When the ball gets played into the wide zone attacking team can go to goal, creating a chance to score from one of the 2 points of attack (wide area).
Half of the defensive team may drop back to defend after. the pass is received out wide. One attacking player must stay back in the midfield zone to provide balance and support the attack.
If the defensive team steals the ball they can score in the small nets at the half line.
