Objective- Players work for a minute recieveing the ball from the outside players. Switch after 1 minute.

Objecitve- Players with the ball throw/kick (depending on ability) to teammate who must bring the ball down in the small coned area, if he does he gets a point. 5 goes each then switch. Vary the serves going from low to high, using feet, thighs and chest to bring the ball down.
Coaching Points
-Relax.
-Lock the ankle.
-Use middle of thigh.
-Arch back for chest.

Servers move further back
Servers spin the ball
Competition, winners play winners, have a final.

Objective- Normal scrimmage rules, all restarts are thrown in the air to players.
Progression- Coach throws a ball in the air when ball goes out fo play.

Objective- Players Dribble around the area, when coach calls a soccer player players pick the ball up and throw the ball into the air and recieve the ball in correspondance to the player.
