TR1:Goalkeeper Handing

Setting:

Player: 6 ( 2 GK, 4 strickers)

Ball: 4

Dishes: 2

Size: TBA

Time: 30mins

 Introduction:

The goalkeeper receive the ball from the striker A to B per 2-3 times.

The striker shoot stationary ball from soft to hard.

Coaching Point:

1. Start Position : 

stand middle of goal 

defend the space between the goalkeeper and striker

relation to the ball.

2. Set position

Eye look at the ball

body weight slightly forward

elbow is narrow with chest face the ball

hand is front of body line and keep as the level of waist

knee  slightly flexed 

feet should be shoulder width apart

Ankle is slightly up.

3. Always check the line and keep the middle of goalkeeper

4. Ground Ball, use the finger to stop the ball and knees to the K position.

5. Chest face the ball

Prog 2 shoot the passing ball from Area A to B (or B to A). First Shooting or receiving shooting.

2 + keeper vs 2 +keeper.

The goalkeeper serve the ball to teammates to attack opposite team. No kick in and corner.  

Coaching Point:

1. Start Position : 

stand middle of goal 

defend the space between the goalkeeper and striker

relation to the ball.

2. Set position

Eye look at the ball

body weight slightly forward

elbow is narrow with chest face the ball

hand is front of body line and keep the level of waist

knee  slightly flexed 

feet should be shoulder width apart

Ankle is slightly up.

3. Always check the line and keep on and near the middle of goalkeeper

4. Ground Ball, use the finger to stop the ball and knees to the K position

5. Chest face the ball

6.  Make forward movement only when the ball is out of striker of feet.

7. Always change the start position early before striker receiving the ball or shooting the ball.

8. Make the decision confidence and brave.
