Skill Phase:
set up area suitable to players an age. set up defending unit, 1 holding midfielder and 1 defender in an square with 1 defender and two target defenders in other box.
red team keep possession and score by playing the ball from one box to the other two defenders in opposite box through the center midfielder. defenders must stay in box, full backs can travel to support in either box.
Progress: Can score 3 points by playing to other target or 1 point if playing to full back running into opposite square.

set up area suitable to players and ability. attacking team play with: 1;2;3;4;5;6;8;9;10 with defending team play with 5;6;8;9;10.
ball starts from GK and red team score by playing into target number 9, with blue team scoring on gk. Players start resitricted to halves, with 1 red player being able to drop into defending half.
