Practice Organisation
Set up
- 12 players
- 6 players on the outside feeding in to 6 players on the inside
- Players on the inside go to the feeders on the outside and call for the ball on one of the controls previously used in the blocked (ground control, thigh control,chest control)
- One the player controls the ball they look up an dribble to a feeder with out a ball, laying it to them before moving on to a free feeder
- Switcher players on the outside with players on the inside at appropriate intervals.

Practice Organisation
- Mark out a total area of 40 x 30 yards,
.
- Play 4 v 4 in the middle area with 4 players on the outside acting as feeders. The
target of the game to begin is for either team to score into the goal they are attacking. Once a team scores theythen have to retain possesion until the end of the session or when the coach blows up.
- The other team then have to regain posession and aim to score to bring the score back to 1 each.
- The game then returns to open play until the next team scores and they then have to retain possession.
- If the ball goes out of the area it is returned back in to play by a server in to the chest or thigh.

Practice Organisation
- Players are organised into pairs and control the ball before passing back to their partner.
- To begin, players are stationary and play two touch.
- Players remain stationary whilst working on control and aerial control (chest thigh head).
- After 5 of each exercise players swap server and working player.
