One player working. Outside partner will pass to player standing in middle of square, he will dribble with close contact of ball around one outside cone, then turn back into the middle and passing back to partner. He will receive the ball back again, and go to another cone (basically going around the world to every cone). Focus on sharpness and close dribbling of ball. Swap after x amount of time
Progression: Players start in middle, open up to one side to create angle, then choose one of the 2 cones on their side to dribble around and pass back to partner. Emphasis on players come back to the middle, recomposing before opening up again. Again should be sharp and quick for each action. Swap after x amount of time

Screen 1
Players are in pairs with one ball with different variations of ball work
1) Normal passing in pairs in between gates
2) Checking back, then towards ball and first-time pass. One player is working in this. Swap after x amount of passes
3) Checking back, then towards ball, take a touch then play. Players MUST take a touch before passing back. One player working again. Swap after x amount of passes
4) Ball now stays with one player. He plays to partner, opens up body to receive a bounce back, then dribbles ball back around his gate and repeats. Does not need to be sprinting / 80% pace, just want quality with opening body and passing. Swap after x amount of time
5) Conditioning with ball. Ball stays with one player. He plays to partner, who holds ball, player will sprint around partner and receive ball in his path. He will then take it back to his gate, around a cone and repeat. Swap after x amount of time
6) No balls, conditioning sprints. 1st player sprints up and back, once he has gone back to his gate, partner goes and so on. Complete x amount of sprints each
