Tight grid with width. Players in 4v4 or 5v5 inside grid with 2 keepers. Third team is positioned around outside of grid. Teams work to create shots by possessing inside grid. Neutral team can be used as a wall pass by either team. Shots must be taken from inside attacking half.

Attacking players and mids.
Two players start on the agility ladders on either side of the pitch. As they complete ladder, player in white plays a diagonal through ball on the ground to one of the two players. That player then either shoots first time or crosses to teammate.

Playing out from the back and counter-pressing. Ball always starts in keeper's hands. White attempts to advance ball into one of three goals: big goal (1pt) small goal (5pts). White use position to dictate small/laong clearance. If ball is played short, how do we close down on the space intelligently?

3 zones spread out over an area slightly longer than midfield. Each team plays a 4-3-3 or chosen formation. Attacking players play in the attacking 3rd, midfielders in the middle 3rd, defense in the defensive 3rd. Players scrimmage but must remain in their respective zones unless they make an entry pass into the next zone - in which case they may advance forward to combine with the other players in that zone.
