Players must learn and adapt to keep the ball in movement upon receiving it, so they can react quickly when attacking space, going towards the opposite goal or saving themselves from traffic. Upon their 1st touch, players should know where they will be dribbling the ball to next... Corrections could occur when... players stop the ball upon reception, instead of getting their 1st touch into space to create scoring or passing opportunity.

Directional Control
1. Pass the ball to the player in the triangle.
2. Player in the triangle must get first touch outside the zone.
3. Player passing the ball runs in the triangle to replace the previous player.
4. Player who receives the ball must get 1st touch outside the zone and dribble all the way.
* 1 minute per exercise.

Game 4v4 ou 5v5 ou 6v6 (Depending on the number of players)
* You have an odd number of players, play your best player as Joker but can only pass and not score.
- Coach plays the ball in the game to a team of choice
- Games are 2 minutes each and teams must score as many points as possible
- Team with the most points remains, losing team OUT. Tie Game is not enough to stay.
- Players must dribble past the red cones (shaded zones) to score 1 point.
Coaching Points
1. Coach the individual to choose a direction upon receiving the ball
2. If player has her back to the space, show how she can attack the space with a directional control
3. Ensure players' 1st touch is always in motion to attack space right away
4. Show the correct technique used to attack space... inside foot? outside? right to left or left to right?

Coaching the directional control towards opposite goal, attacking space or moving out of traffic.

- Pass the ball + Exercise 1 (High Knees, 1 step in each space between cones)
- Pass the ball + Exercise 2 (Side Shuffle, step diagonally left to right on toes)
- Pass the ball + Exercise 3 (Step outside the cones, step inside, outside, repeat each cone)
- Pass the ball + Exercise 4 (Accelerate straight line outside the cones after passing)
*Play the ball 2-touch minimum, 3 touches maximum
* 1.5 minutes per exercise
